An end-to-end real estate analytics platform focused on San Diego County’s housing market. Starting from raw web-scraped property listings, I engineered a Databricks Lakehouse pipeline (Bronze → Silver → Gold) to clean, standardize, and enrich the data for downstream modeling and analytics.
